Shipping policy

 

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.travatribe.com.

 

Shipping Options and Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options, UPS standard, UPS ground, USPS First Class Packages, and USPS Priority Mail. You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. 

USPS First Class Package does not offer tracking information.


Order Processing Time

Orders placed on weekdays will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be sent out within 24 hours of the next business day.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes


Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 


International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. 


Tracking Your Order

If you select a shipping method with tracking information, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
